The night after officially receiving the Goldberg Prize for Emerging Fiction at the National Jewish Book Awards ceremony, Sharon Pomerantz joined us for a reception at the home of board member Judith Ginsberg and her husband, Paul LeClerc (as profiled in the New York Times). Other guests included last year’s Goldberg Prize winner Joanna Smith Rakoff, filmmaker Yoav Potash (Crime After Crime), Sandy Cardin of the Schusterman Foundation, Sandee Brawarsky of the Jewish Week, board member Tom Freudenheim and his wife Leslie, author Annie Cohen Solal, and many others!
